Seyfarth to Sponsor 2025 National Association of Motor Vehicle Boards and Commissions Fall Workshop

On September 23-26, Seyfarth's Franchise & Distribution group will sponsor the 2025 National Association of Motor Vehicle Boards and Commissions (NAMVBC) Fall Workshop in San Diego, CA

Seyfarth Franchise & Distribution partners will present several sessions during this 4 day conference.

• Sam Rowley, senior counsel in our Franchise & Distribution group, will present on a panel covering "EV Mandates Under the New Administration"
• Dallin Wilson, partner in our Franchise & Distribution group, will present on a panel covering "Data Privacy and Right to Repair"

The NAMVBC is a non-profit corporation dedicated to:

• Assisting its members in interpreting different state laws and regulations relating to motor vehicle dealer licensing
• Providing a forum for the exchange of ideas for the purpose of developing better methods of management and regulation
• Promoting understanding between government and the vehicle industry
