Seyfarth to Sponsor and Marc Gurell to Speak at Markets Group's 12th Annual Real Estate Global Forum

Seyfarth is a sponsor of Market Group's 12th Annual Real Estate Global Forum in New York, New York on December 4. The event brings together institutional real estate allocators and asset managers to provide the latest information and insight on the future of private equity, private debt, alternatives, residential, industrial, infrastructure, technology, allocation plans, and real asset investing.

Marc Gurell, partner in Seyfarth's Real Estate department and co-managing partner of the firm's New York office, will moderate the panel, "Macroeconomic Real Estate Overview." The panel will discuss how global real estate markets performed in 2025; what unique obstacles are being faced in US real estate markets compared to markets abroad; which asset classes are outperforming others; how to strategically outline a roadmap toward a successful real estate portfolio; and transaction volume and price valuation in US real estate markets compared to the other markets.
