Seyfarth to Sponsor and Suzie Saxman and Aaron Gillett to Speak at the 2026 ABA Business Law Fall Meeting

Seyfarth is a sponsor of the ABA's Business Law Fall Meeting, taking place in Chicago, IL on September 2-4.

Suzie Saxman, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and co-chair of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, is on the host committee for this year's event. Suzie and Aaron Gillett, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and vice chair of the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group, will present to the International Business Transactions Subcommittee of the ABA BLS Middle Market and Small Business Committee on September 2 at 11 am. During their presentation, they will discuss the Chicago middle market M&A and private equity landscapes, current market trends,  and both domestic and cross-border transactions.
