Seyfarth is sponsoring the forum and will be co-hosting a reception with Aprio the evening of June 25 at 41 North.

Varuna Bhattacharyya will participate in a panel entitled,  "The office: will class A+ be the only outperformer," on June 25 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EST. This session will explore how the office real estate landscape is being reshaped by a widening performance gap between high-end Class A “trophy” assets and more commodity Class B and C buildings. It will examine the economic realities and practical challenges of converting underperforming office properties into residential use, highlighting both the potential opportunities and the significant barriers involved. The discussion will also focus on how tenant expectations are evolving, with increased demand for wellness-oriented spaces, sustainable building features, and layouts that support hybrid work. In parallel, it will address current lender sentiment, including the more cautious and selective approach to office refinancing and acquisition financing. Finally, the session will highlight certain markets that are defying broader trends by showing unexpected leasing strength, and unpack the factors driving that resilience.

Brad Lenox will participate on a panel entitled, "Fund Launch Points: Structuring, Admin, Governance & Investor Communications," on June 25 from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST. This panel will address the key pain points involved in launching and managing an investment fund, from initial structuring through ongoing operations and investor relations. It will cover how managers design entity structures using feeders, blockers, and co-investment vehicles to accommodate different investor needs, while navigating increasingly complex tax, audit, and regulatory requirements. The session will also explore how firms can build scalable and efficient reporting processes through automation, dashboards, and ESG integration, alongside best practices for managing investor expectations around communication frequency, transparency, and standardization. In addition, it will touch on how to design an effective technology stack, spanning CRM systems, investor portals, accounting platforms, and workflow tools to support growth and operational efficiency.
