Seyfarth's Chuck Wall Elected to American Road & Transportation Builder Association’s P3 Board

Seyfarth’s Charles (Chuck) Wall, partner in the firm’s Construction practice group and co-chair of its Public-Private Partnerships team in Washington, D.C., was recently elected to the board of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association’s (ARTBA) Public-Private Partnership (P3) Division.

For nearly 30 years, ARTBA’s P3 Division has brought contractors, designers, public officials and P3 professionals under one roof. It serves as a major policy development and networking/business development hub for industry professionals. The P3 Division also helps deliver comprehensive and unrivaled information about the P3 market.

Wall partners with clients to craft practical solutions for delivering complex infrastructure and development projects through innovative risk-sharing arrangements. He has advised both private- and public-sector clients on a wide variety of concession arrangements (greenfield and brownfield) and other alternative project deliveries and procurement-related matters across a variety of sectors. Wall’s experience is extensive and involves some of the largest, most unique, and most complicated projects in the US, several of which involve capital expenditures in the billions.
