Seyfarth's Raymond Tran Selected to the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law’s Fellows Program

Seyfarth’s Raymond L. Tran, member of the firm’s Real Estate department in Atlanta, was selected to serve in the Fellows Program instituted by the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE).

The RPTE Fellows Program encourages the active involvement and participation of young lawyers in Section activities. The goal of the program is to give young lawyers an opportunity to become involved in the substantive work of the RPTE Section, while developing into future leaders.

Tran represents clients in all facets of transactions involving the leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing, reinvestment, and development of commercial real estate. He has experience with matters across most asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial.

The ABA RPTE Section is a leading national forum for lawyers, and currently over 25,000 members. The Real Property Division focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation and disposal. The Trust and Estate Division focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance, and probate and trust litigation. You can read more here.
