Seyfarth’s Real Estate Market Sentiment Survey was featured in a February 24 story from CoStar, “Business Restrictions, Eviction Moratoriums Keep Real Estate Industry Up At Night.” According to the Survey, the biggest concerns facing newly surveyed US commercial real estate professionals are the closing of public gathering places to slow the pandemic's spread, the use of moratoriums on foreclosures or evictions, and fear of an economic recession.
