In her article, Sherri provides legal and practical advice to contractors for managing scope creep in construction projects. She also explains why contractors need to incorporate procedures concerning changes into their contracts and the importance of following such procedures. In addition, she suggests ways for the contractor to communicate with an owner to maximize potential payments for changes.
