About the Program

As the private investment market contends with the evolving challenges presented by Silicon Valley Bank’s (SVB’s) and Signature Bank’s (SB’s) takeover by the FDIC, we are convening a webinar to discuss the potential impacts to institutional investors.

David Bizar and William Hanlon, leaders of Seyfarth’s SVB/SB Task Force, will provide an update and address questions as time permits. David, a partner in Seyfarth’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice, has extensive FDIC experience, including representing a liquidating trust for the FDIC and the purchasers of FDIC assets. William, chair of Seyfarth’s Bankruptcy practice, has helped clients navigate through multiple recessions and banking crises.
