Stanley Jutkowitz was quoted in a February 7 story from Mergermarket, "Subversive Real Estate Acquisition REIT focusing on 5 US states for cannabis assets, CEO says." Jutkowitz agreed that conditions are favorable for the acquisition of cannabis-use real estate. He said that a buyer with a strategy of buying with equity and limitied or no debt doesn't have that much competition for properties.
