Steve Meier, partner in Seyfarth's Tax practice, will serve as a speaker for the American Bar Association (ABA) webinar "One Big Beautiful Bill - Its Impact on Real Estate Transactions" on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 1-2:30 p.m. ET.
The new tax law called the One Big Beautiful Bill (“OBBB”) Act signed into law on July 4, 2025, offers many tax incentives for the real estate industry. An immediate deduction is allowed for part of the cost of constructing or buying qualified production property used to manufacture or produce goods in America. This program will explore the impact of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act on real estate transactions.
