Tax Attorney Roy K. Meilman Joins Seyfarth Shaw Partnership in New York

He has years of experience structuring and consummating both public and private matters, corporate and partnership transactions, and domestic and international matters, in the financial services, utility, real estate, transportation, high tech and other sectors.
