Tracee E. Davis Speaks at NYCLA's 49th Annual Civil Trial Practice Institute

Seyfarth partner Tracee E. Davis was invited to speak at the New York County Lawyers Association's 49th Annual Civil Trial Practice Institute, continuing a tradition of more than 20 consecutive years of her participation in this premier program. The Institute was held on Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Tracee presented on Pre-Trial Practice: Commercial Litigation, drawing on her extensive years in private practice and her unique behind-the-scenes perspective gained from working in New York's Commercial Division. Her remarks focused on pretrial strategy in motion practice and discovery, offering attendees practical insights informed by her distinctive vantage point from both sides of the bench.

The program brought together leading trial attorneys and members of the judiciary to address key aspects of civil trial practice, including the use of AI in legal practice, settlement and mediation strategies, voir dire techniques, effective oral arguments, cross-examination, and summations.
