New York partner Willard Moore, Chicago of counsel Jason DeJonker and New York associate Joshua Kurtz published the article, "Structured & Real Estate Finance Case Update," in the Fall 2010 issue of the Real Estate Finance Journal. Their article reports on recent legal opinions of relevance to commercial real estate lenders, developers and owners, with particular focus on state and federal court decisions involving litigation with respect to distressed or nonperforming assets.
