More About Aaron
Aaron has over 18 years of experience in a variety of legal disciplines. He helped establish the commercial foreclosure practice at his prior firm, and has extensive experience representing portfolio lenders, conduit lenders, commercial borrowers, and receivers, among others, in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and other distressed real estate workouts, such as deeds in lieu of foreclosure, forbearances, and distressed property and note sales. Aaron has further experience litigating mechanics lien disputes and guaranty actions, and has represented commercial landlords and tenants in a variety of lease disputes.
Aaron’s litigation experience expands beyond commercial foreclosure covering a wide range of commercial litigation issues—from contract disputes and restrictive covenants to business-related tort claims and corporate disputes. Aaron’s litigation experience includes experience at trial.
