Andrew has significant experience in the areas of corporate finance, fund formation, joint ventures, private placements, federal and state securities law compliance, corporate governance, and general corporate law. Andrew works closely with executive management and boards of directors in structuring and consummating a variety of complex business transactions, including public offerings, private placements, real estate development joint ventures, establishing private equity funds and alternative investment vehicles, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, restructurings, and reorganizations. He also regularly acts as outside general counsel and as special counsel to committees of boards of directors.
Additionally, Andrew enjoys working with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta to provide corporate counsel for nonprofit entities.
