Aubrey advises creditors, lenders, and other stakeholders across all stages of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including bankruptcy litigation, credit agreement negotiations, and distressed debt transactions. Having begun her career representing debtors, Aubrey brings a valuable perspective to creditor-side work—anticipating debtor strategies and helping clients stay a step ahead in contested matters.
