More About Ben

Litigation involving complex laws and regulatory schemes often feels like a perilous journey for clients. Ben helps guide them down the path by understanding their objectives, thoroughly researching and concisely communicating legal issues, and finding creative but pragmatic solutions to complex problems.

Ben has successfully represented clients in complex individual actions, mass torts, and class actions, and in all stages of litigation, from intake through appeals, including trial. He enjoys handling the challenging legal issues which often arise in matters involving consumer data, privacy, and cybersecurity. He understands that the vast majority of clients want their disputes resolved efficiently and as soon as possible, and focuses on securing dismissals, summary judgments, and directed verdicts.

Prior to law school, Ben served as an infantry officer in the United States Army for seven years. He was a platoon leader, operations officer, and company commander.
