More About Brittney
Brittney guides California employers through the growing complexity of California’s wage and hour laws. She helps clients proactively assess and audit their practices to mitigate risk and defends clients against single-plaintiff litigation, and class, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and collective actions when necessary. Her practice also focuses on representing employers against discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination actions. Her litigation experience allows her to quickly identify exposure and develop practical, business-aligned legal strategies for resolution.
With each client, Brittney tailors her approach by learning the nuances of their operations and workforce structures. She adapts her legal strategies to fit their workplace culture, risk tolerance, and long-term goals.
