Brooke works with her Seyfarth team to guide employers and foreign nationals through their legal options and help prepare their cases. She focuses on various US immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, and E-3 visas, as well as Permanent Labor Certification (PERM), EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 applications. Additionally, Brooke has worked with attorneys on Canadian immigration law matters, including Canadian visas, work permits, study permits, permanent residence and citizenship applications, and Quebec-specific immigration issues.
Prior to her clerkship, Brooke was a paralegal at Seyfarth, where she worked while attending law school. She is well-versed in both US and Canadian immigration law, and has years of experience with legal issues across a wide range of industries, including financial services, consulting, data analytics, information technology, and the automobile industry, among others. Her background has given her a unique skill set and perspective into the intricacies and importance of case strategy and preparation.
Prior to her clerkship, Brooke was a paralegal at Seyfarth, where she worked while attending law school.
