More About Caitlin

Caitlin represents and counsels employers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiation and contract administration, unfair labor practice litigation, grievance arbitration, and union organizing. Caitlin also has experience in employment counseling, workplace training, and investigations.

She has advised employers on leave and accommodation matters, discipline and termination procedures, counseling during grievance and settlement processes, and other matters involving state and federal employment laws. She also has experience advising on the development and implementation of employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment agreements. Caitlin’s background in public and private sector labor, as well as in human resources has given her the ability to understand the unique issues that arise at the intersection of labor law and human resources. As a result, she is able to assist employers in navigating the complexities of the workplace from a perspective that values labor-management relations while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
