As real estate law continues to undergo regulatory shifts and technological advancements, real estate transactions are also evolving. Caroline works with her Seyfarth team to address the new opportunities and challenges that these fluctuating market conditions create.

Caroline’s understanding of regulatory and transactional law enables her to support her team across a broad spectrum of real estate matters. She leverages her experience with nonprofit, corporate, and federal agency clients to offer practical, well-rounded legal guidance. Her ability to foster relationships and understanding enables her to deliver comprehensive and timely assistance.

During law school, Caroline externed at the Federal Trade Commission, served as editor-in-chief of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, and collaborated with a Washington State Representative as a member of the University of Washington’s Technology and Public Policy Clinic.
