Christian’s clients face real estate issues of all shapes and sizes—but they hardly ever have the same solutions. His work with a diverse client base of purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers and lenders provides him with a balanced understanding of a wide range of deals. Christian has the necessary skills to succeed at negotiations and ensure prompt closings.
Christian likes how no one deal is the same, and each has its own unique spin—no matter how complex. He most enjoys working with parties on both sides of the transaction, to help him achieve his clients’ goals in the most amicable and expeditious way.
Christian also looks forward to seeing the fruits of his clients’ labor come to life, as long-term projects are completed, whether it’s a commercial real estate high rise, or affordable housing that provides a much needed roof and safety to people in need.
