More About Christian
Christian’s clients face real estate issues of all shapes and sizes—but they hardly ever have the same solutions. His work touches on transactional real estate deals for the development of commercial, industrial, data center, and real estate developments. He has a diverse client base of purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers and lenders that allows him a balanced understanding concerning a wide range of deals.
Christian likes how no one deal is the same, and each has its own unique spin—no matter how complex. He most enjoys working with parties on both sides of the transaction, to help him achieve his clients’ goals in the most amicable and expeditious way.
Christian also looks forward to seeing the fruits of his clients’ labor come to life, as long-term projects are completed, whether it’s a commercial real estate high rise, or affordable housing that provides a much needed roof and safety to people in need.
