Danny focuses on public finance matters and transactions financed with bond proceeds, tax credits, and local incentives. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable James M. McGing of the Circuit Court of Cook County for the State of Illinois, Tax and Miscellaneous Remedies Section.
He also served as a law clerk for Dan McRae at Seyfarth, before joining as a senior fellow, which gave him the unique opportunity to learn to navigate the public finance field and develop in-depth knowledge of bond-financed transactions.
