Deanna advises companies on all aspects of strategy, preparation, review, and filing of employer-sponsored temporary visa petitions and permanent resident applications, in addition to responses to complex government requests. She assists her clients with managing their US immigration programs in order to safeguard ongoing compliance with all US immigration regulations as they pertain to the employment of foreign workers.

Deanna has more than seven years of experience helping corporate clients of all sizes and across a variety of industries, specifically with H, L, E, TN, and O visas; PERM labor certifications; I-140 immigrant petitions; and adjustment of status processes, as well as requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny/revoke, motions to reopen/reconsider, and PERM audits.

As a child of refugees, Deanna appreciates the impact that immigration processes have on foreign national clients and their families. She is dedicated to providing high-quality legal service that is reliable, inventive, intentional, and most importantly, offers a human touch.
