A recognized authority on mixed-use and high-rise condominium projects under the Texas Uniform Condominium Act, Deborah has guided developers of multi-use projects in the formation of master and sub-condominium regimes.
Debbie represents a number of foreign investors in US real estate projects. She also represents several private equity portfolio companies in many different industries with their day-to-day legal issues, strategies, and problem-solving, bringing in subject matter experts across the firm as needed.
