Diana assists clients in litigation involving single-plaintiff claims asserted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other consumer protection statutes. With extensive experience in local and federal government, Diana is committed to resolving claims in a prompt, cost-effective manner. She has litigated a broad range of commercial disputes and conducted numerous  investigations, which makes her uniquely suited to recognizing and addressing key issues in a case.
