Prior to joining Seyfarth, Emma was associate to Deputy President Young at the Fair Work Commission. During this time, Emma was exposed to a wide range of matters, including industrial action, unfair dismissals, general protections, enterprise agreements, and workplace disputes.
Emma approaches problems with a pragmatic, solution-focused mindset. At Seyfarth, she enjoys working alongside preeminent employment and industrial relations, and workplace health and safety solicitors to solve workplace challenges and achieve workplace objectives for leading employers.
