Eric works closely with the firm's risk and security teams to address clients' cybersecurity and compliance requirements issues. Under his leadership, the technology services group delivers exceptional service to both the firm and its clients through secure, reliable, and innovative solutions. Eric’s team is responsible for technology operations, cybersecurity, systems availability, training, support, and modern workplace capabilities that enable seamless access to information.
As chief information officer, Eric is committed to aligning technology with business strategy, delivering solutions that enhance productivity, enable seamless collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of security and reliability. He fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership, leveraging technology to create meaningful value for clients and the firm. In collaboration with firm leadership, Eric shapes and advances Seyfarth's long-term strategic priorities. He partners with the firm's chief data and AI officer and chief innovation and strategic design officer to drive digital transformation, accelerate innovation, and ensure the firm's technology investments support the evolving needs of clients and legal professionals.
Prior to joining Seyfarth in 2012, Eric spent more than 30 years leading technology teams and initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held senior management and global leadership roles responsible for technology services, support, operations, and strategic transformation initiatives.
