Prior to joining Seyfarth, Eric worked for 30 years in a number of senior management positions in-house at a Fortune 500 financial services company. There, he dealt regularly with senior management and a board of directors on a wide range of challenging issues. Eric managed–either directly or indirectly–the following in-house global legal teams: Employment & Labor; ERISA/Benefits; Corporate Investigations; Litigation; Regulatory; Corporate Governance and Public Disclosures; Mergers & Acquisitions; Global Technology; Vendor Management; Cybersecurity; Privacy; and Data Management.
