More About Freya

Freya works with national and international employers of all sizes and from a wide range of industries. She provides clients with legal advice on matters such as enterprise bargaining and agreements, award compliance, employment contracts, performance and disciplinary issues, investigations, restructuring, and claims of discrimination, bullying and harassment, and breach of contract.

Freya’s experience in both the public and private sectors provides her with a broad understanding of employment law and industrial relations. She has worked on high-profile and complex employment litigation in federal and state jurisdictions, involving industrial disputes, underpayments, unfair dismissal, general protections, and restraint of trade. Her experience as an associate at the Fair Work Commission provides her with unique insights she can pass on to clients who come before the Commission, whether they are engaged in a large-scale industrial dispute or dealing with an individual claim.

When problem-solving with clients, she works closely with her interdisciplinary Seyfarth team in order to see the full picture and find the right legal solutions.
