Brian counsels clients across a broad spectrum of hospitality-related real estate matters, including acquisitions, development projects, financings, dispositions, management and franchise agreements, as well as public/private and private joint ventures. He offers particular depth in working with business, leisure, resort, and extended-stay properties.
Brian also advises on a wide array of commercial real estate matters, including commercial mortgage lending, securitized financings, and the acquisition, financing, and disposition of various asset classes. His practice also includes REIT transactions and corporate deals, including mergers and acquisitions.
