Clients turn to Georgina to help them achieve commercial outcomes and identify potential risks. She provides clear legal advice and support on a range of strategic workforce issues.

Georgina has experience in both civil and commercial litigation. She has worked on large, complex disputes, and acted for large national and international clients on both litigious and non-litigious matters. Georgina has advised clients on all stages of a matter, from providing detailed legal advice to acting for them in litigation and settlements. She is skilled in legal drafting, research, discovery, and task management.

Georgina’s experience in commercial litigation provides her with the skills necessary to advise clients so that they make commercially sound decisions and achieve commercially favorable outcomes. She also has experience in international law, previously working for the United Nations on the Khmer Rouge Tribunal. Georgina draws on her depth of knowledge of international law to help clients navigate the regulatory environment around modern slavery, and ensure that their supply chains and operations are operating free of risks.

At the heart of Georgina’s practice is her passion for building long-lasting relationships with her clients.
