More About Heather
As an experienced litigator, Heather knows that success is defined differently for every client—and even in every case, so she tailors each client’s litigation strategy to meet their specific needs. Heather has represented businesses and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets.
Heather represents large clients in navigating claims under the FCRA. She has significant trial and appellate experience, having tried jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings in both state and federal court. Heather began her litigation career at a large New York law firm before moving to a smaller Atlanta litigation firm, where she was a partner. Her trial and hands-on courtroom experience gives her the ability to fully advise her clients on the risks and rewards of litigation, and how to find practical legal solutions.
