Idrian works with employers to spot workplace risk early, make sound legal decisions, and defend those decisions when disputes arise.

More About Idrian

Idrian defends employers in high-stakes employment litigation and administrative proceedings, including in single-plaintiff and class and representative actions. Idrian’s litigation experience spans the full spectrum of employment law, including wage and hour law, discrimination and retaliation, internal investigations, restrictive covenant issues, and employment and labor considerations in corporate transactions.

Informed by his work as a litigator, Idrian also works with clients to limit risk, improve compliance, and provide clarity as laws and workplaces evolve. He advises on workplace policies and day‑to‑day HR matters such as performance management and leaves of absence. Idrian is passionate about helping clients anticipate exposure, craft defensible documentation, and adopt practices that reduce litigation risk.

Idrian tailors his advice by grounding his recommendations in his clients’ operational realities, risk tolerances, and workplace cultures. For example, when advising on terminations or RIFs, he combines legal exposure analysis with practical implementation guidance to ensure consistency, clarity, and defensibility. When counseling on policies, he aligns legal requirements with each client’s organizational values and workforce needs. In litigation, he develops case strategies that reflect his clients’ short‑ and long‑term goals, whether early resolution or full defense on the merits.

In addition to his labor and employment practice, Idrian maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration, housing, and LGBTQ+ rights.

Idrian is fluent in Tagalog.
