More About Ikedi

California employers must navigate a steady stream of workplace laws and regulations while balancing the day-to-day demands of running a business. Ikedi works closely with HR professionals, in-house counsel, and business leaders to identify risks, solve problems before they escalate, and develop strategies that support both compliance and business objectives.

Ikedi advises employers on a broad range of California employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, workplace investigations, employee discipline, and personnel policies. His litigation practice includes representing employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, involving single-plaintiff, class action, and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

In addition, Ikedi regularly counsels employers on employment policies, employee handbooks, workplace investigations, and compliance initiatives designed to reduce litigation risk before disputes arise. He also conducts workplace training for managers and employees on harassment prevention, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, workplace violence prevention, and other employment law topics.

Employers value Ikedi's ability to pair sound legal advice with a practical understanding of the challenges they face every day. He takes the time to learn how each organization operates and what matters most to its leaders, allowing him to provide guidance that aligns with both legal requirements and business priorities. Whether helping clients navigate a difficult workplace issue or defending them in litigation, Ikedi delivers clear, actionable advice that not only resolves immediate concerns but also helps employers build stronger workplaces for the future.
