More About Jack

As employment laws in Australia continue to evolve, Jack assists employers with meeting legal requirements and ensuring that different functions of their businesses—such as safety, human resources, and payroll teams—function together appropriately on compliance matters.

Jack advises clients on award classification, enterprise agreement provisions, staff performance, ill or injured workers, employee conduct issues, and staff terminations. He also works with employers to manage allegations of bullying, harassment, discrimination, reportable conduct, and underpayments. Jack has experience guiding employers through general protections matters and discrimination claims, particularly in the education and faith-based industries.

In addition to his advisory work, Jack is an experienced employment litigator and defends claims in the industrial, discrimination and human rights, workplace health and safety, and civil jurisdictions.
