More About Jared
Jared's experience both as in-house and outside real estate counsel provides him with unique insight into the challenges that clients face from the beginning of a deal to long after it closes. He has the skills to drive deals forward to close quickly on a deadline, as well as the experience of dealing with issues that arise years after closing, and how those issues can be effectively avoided or addressed early on.
Jared began his career advising clients in commercial real estate transactions and the planning and permitting of commercial, public utility, housing, educational, nonprofit and alternative energy development projects. He then moved in-house to serve as real estate counsel for a national oil company, where he advised his client on the acquisition, leasing, and development of new-to-industry convenience stores and motor fuel facilities, as well as the divestiture of distressed real estate assets. This broad background provides Jared with the experience to help any client navigate the complex challenges of acquiring and developing real estate.
