More About Joseph
Employers face constant pressure from shifting employment laws at every level of government. Joe helps clients stay ahead of those risks and protects their interests when claims and lawsuits follow.
Joe has worked in government enforcement and has represented both employers and employees at all phases of litigation. He helps clients ensure that their employee classification and pay practices comply with applicable law, and defends them against individual and class or collective wage and hour claims. Having investigated and litigated high-stakes whistleblower, discrimination, and retaliation claims, Joe guides clients responding to employee internal complaints and, when necessary, public lawsuits.
While Joe is a proud law nerd and passionate litigator, he also enjoys learning the ins and outs of his clients’ businesses to ensure his legal advice and strategy further their goals and long-term plans.
