More About Joseph

During law school, Joseph served as a member of the Southwestern Law Review, where he authored a note examining California’s recent PAGA reforms under AB 2882 and SB 92, and their anticipated impact on the wage and hour litigation landscape. Joseph also externed at a criminal defense firm, where he gained hands-on litigation experience, including assisting in the research and drafting of motions.
