Julie has represented clients in a wide range of employment matters, from counsel on regulatory compliance and workplace issues to advocacy in employment-related disputes. As a former human resources professional, Julie understands the practical implications of her legal work, so she develops manageable systems and solutions for her clients.

Her litigation and advocacy work spans a broad range of disputes, including claims regarding discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, defamation, and other employment torts. She also advises employers on human resources policies and procedures. This includes developing and leading management and employee training programs, as well as drafting and interpreting employment contracts and handbooks. Julie also regularly carries out internal audits, including those related to the Federal Labor Standards Act and state wage laws.
