He has significant experience in health care real estate finance, regularly representing lenders in transactions secured by skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute-care hospitals. His work spans complex multiproperty portfolios involving HUD-insured takeouts, cross-collateralized loan structures, and regulatory and licensing considerations, alongside traditional commercial assets such as multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties.
