Katherine’s practice focuses on structured commercial real estate finance law. She represents credit funds, banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, and loan servicers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loans, preferred equity structures, and loan-on-loan facilities. Her experience spans CMBS, balance sheet, bridge, and construction loans, and includes complex loan servicing matters and loan workouts.
