More About Kenneth

Kenneth handles a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, representing joint ventures, private equity firms, developers, and institutional investors in the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial property, with particular depth in the build-to-rent/single-family residential space. He has spent years representing some of the nation’s most prominent developers, investors, and operators, establishing himself as one of the preeminent attorneys in this rapidly growing sector. He regularly guides clients through the full life cycle of development deals, from site acquisition through entitlement, construction, and disposition. He also represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters as well as lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions.

Kenneth began his career in Southeast Georgia at one of the state's oldest law firms before practicing at a leading Atlanta firm. This breadth of experience, combined with the technical rigor he developed at Am Law 100 firms, gives him a unique foundation—one that pairs sophistication with uncommon practicality. Rather than getting mired in minor legal points, he remains focused on what drives the deal forward. When issues arise, he addresses them with calm confidence, finding solutions that keep deals on track.

That same versatility extends to how he works with people. He is equally comfortable across the table from a senior partner at a top national firm or a solo practitioner—bringing the same preparation and effectiveness to every deal. This adaptability, together with his deal-oriented and relationship-driven approach, has made him a trusted advisor to clients in the most active segments of commercial real estate.

Clients look to Kenneth as their go-to counsel across a broad range of legal issues that arise throughout the life of a deal and beyond. They regularly turn to him as a first call, relying on him well beyond the scope of any single transaction. He does not just close deals—he builds the relationships that sustain them.
