Logan’s practice focuses on structured finance and securitization transactions. He also assists clients with general corporate matters, including contracts, leases, corporate governance, and general counseling and advice.
Logan began his practice as a litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants of all sizes, from employees and small businesses to publicly traded companies, both domestic and foreign. As a transactional lawyer, he worked at small, mid-size, and large law firms, handling matters of all sizes and nature, some involving cross-border issues. These experiences provide Logan with a rare perspective and allow him to assist a wide range of clients with varying legal issues.
In addition to domestic clients and transactions, Logan is uniquely equipped and experienced in serving Asian and Asian American clients and handling deals and disputes involving such parties. Logan grew up in Seoul, Korea, and worked at a boutique US firm that mainly serves Korean conglomerates, where he handled numerous cross-border deals and disputes as the lead associate and main point of contact. Logan is fluent in Korean.
