More About Lucy

The business immigration visa process is increasingly complex and challenging, but affords companies who sponsor and support employees through the process, the benefit of talent that may otherwise not be available. Lucy assists our corporate clients and their foreign national employees through the immigration maze of legal requirements and regulations, and government processes and procedures, to successfully secure business visas for temporary or more permanent assignments. From large corporations to smaller boutique companies, she provides—in tandem with her attorney partner—thoughtful strategic analysis and insight regarding the hiring and ongoing employment of foreign national employees.

With more than 25 years of experience in the field of business immigration law, Lucy has gained invaluable insight into the challenges that employers and foreign national employees encounter. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of business immigration—from the employer's need for specific services, to the employee's desire to work for a specific employer and how that person may be qualified. Lucy further effectively manages critical timing parameters, which is of paramount importance to clients and the employment eligibility of their foreign national population. Her knowledge expands to all business visa categories, so not only is she a key resource for our clients, but also internally for our team of business immigration professionals.

Technology is central to how Lucy serves her clients, providing them transparency into the immigration processes, and real-time reporting that assists clients in managing foreign national personnel.

Lucy is passionate about the field of business immigration law and believes that an employer's ability to hire talented and progressive thinkers, regardless of country of origin, is critically important to economic growth.
