Lynne serves as the firm’s deputy general counsel. She has more than two decades of global law firm experience spanning legal ethics, risk management, and firm administration. She holds a BA from Dartmouth College and a JD from Cornell Law School. She began her legal career as a securities litigator and draws on her litigation background to identify and maintain firm best practices as part of the Seyfarth Office of General Counsel. Throughout her career, Lynne has been a trusted advisor to firm attorneys and leadership, known for her thoughtful judgment, practical approach, and collaborative style.
By appointment of the Supreme Judicial Court, Lynne also currently serves as a member of Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
