More About Madeline

Madeline offers clients pragmatic, results-driven counsel on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including union organizing, labor negotiations, strikes and lockouts, prevailing wage, withdrawal liability, as well as claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.

Additionally, Madeline provides strategic counsel on matters such as workplace training, investigations, and day-to-day employment-related issues. She helps clients cultivate positive employee relations to enhance workplace culture, but also to minimize the risk of costly and time-consuming disputes. Madeline has advised employers on complex leave and accommodation issues, discipline and termination procedures, and navigating the grievance and settlement processes.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Madeline counseled local and international unions, represented her clients in ERISA litigation, and performed numerous investigations on behalf of her union clients.
