Matthew focuses on defending clients in single- and multiplaintiff matters involving claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as providing general day-to-day employment advice and counseling on issues arising under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Labor Code, and other state and federal statutes and regulations. He also does extensive work for clients defending charges filed with administrative agencies, including the California Civil Rights Division, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other state and regional agencies.
