When advising clients, Meredith leverages her breadth of experience to provide a comprehensive approach, whether with respect to securing financing for a new venture or buying and selling commercial assets. She spends a majority of her time on real estate finance transactions and has extensive experience with a variety of loan types and structures, including construction loans, mezzanine financing, multistate portfolio transactions, and agriculture loans. Meredith enjoys working with clients through all phases of real property ownership and financing, from the acquisition of property and the structuring loans at origination through loan modifications, disposition, and, if needed, workouts and foreclosure.
